Delving into the physiology behind perimenopause and beyond, we explore its varied effects on women and the severity of its manifestations. Additionally, we address the influence of ethnic and cultural stigmas, which may hinder individuals from seeking help or even recognising the onset of menopause.

We offer training sessions that equip managers with the insights necessary to navigate the potential impact of these transitions on the workplace. Recognising the individuality of each experience, this understanding is essential for any senior leadership cohort.

The objective is to foster open and candid discussions regarding the sensitivities surrounding menopause and its effects on work teams, while providing guidance on effective navigation that considers both the employee and the organisation.

These sessions cater to businesses aiming to enhance awareness of menopause health throughout their entire organisation, spanning from the boardroom to the shop floor.

Conducted by a clinical menopause specialist pharmacist, these webinars delve into the essentials of menopause and perimenopause in the workplace, providing insights into descriptions, symptoms, and recommendations. The focus is on fostering better support for individuals experiencing menopause symptoms within the professional setting. 

Following a 30 minute presentation, participants will have the chance to engage in a Q&A session to address any queries or concerns.

    We offer bespoke sessions tailored for male and non-binary colleagues who wish to gain more knowledge in an open and inclusive environment.

    It is a chance to ask questions openly in a safe and inclusive environment.

  • Menopause Policy

    We provide assistance with the development or review of menopause policies. While it may not be a legal obligation, we highly encourage organisations to have a framework in place at the organisational level.

    This document serves as a foundational tool, continuously evolving and adapting to meet the needs of employees navigating menopause.

  • One to Ones

    Some organisations are eager to provide individualised support to employees who may be genuinely struggling to access assistance.

    These sessions can be conducted either in-person or virtually. Each session encompasses a comprehensive 50-minute holistic consultation, along with two follow-up sessions over a three-month duration.
